Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Full Refund : Cancellations made at least 7 days before the workshop will receive a complete refund.

Partial Refund : Cancellations made between 7 and 2 days prior to the workshop are eligible for a 50% refund.

No Refund : Cancellations within 2 days of the workshop will not be refunded.

Refund Process :

Refunds will be issued within 5 business days of receiving the cancellation request.

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

Transfer and Substitution :

If you cannot attend, you may transfer your registration to someone else by providing their details at least 1 day before the workshop.

Date transfers are subject to availability and may involve additional fees.

Workshop Cancellation by the Organizer :

In the unlikely event that the workshop is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, such as organizer unavailability, participants will be notified promptly.

If a cancellation occurs, participants can choose between a full refund or transferring their registration to a future workshop.

No-Show Policy :

Participants who do not attend the workshop without prior notice will forfeit their registration fee.

Ring Making and Shipping :

The workshop fee covers all tools, materials, snacks, drinks, casting costs, and enough silver for most designs.

For larger rings, additional silver can be purchased for an extra fee, calculated on site.

After the course, your wax ring will be cast in silver, polished, and sent to your address. Shipping within Germany is included.

Age Restriction :

Participants must be at least 16 years old.

Liability Disclaimer :

Participation is at your own risk. The organiser is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the workshop.

Changes and Updates :

The organiser reserves the right to adjust the workshop date, venue, or other details. Participants will be informed of any changes in advance.
