Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Caitlin Perrin piece, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please read the policy below for full details on returns, exchanges, and refunds.

 

Returns

We accept returns within 15 days of receipt of your order.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as when received.

They must include original tags and be in their original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, please email us at caitlinperrin.designs@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions.

Please do not send items back without first requesting a return. Unsolicited returns will not be accepted.

 

Damages and Issues

We ask that you inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at caitlinperrin.designs@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If the damage is determined to be our responsibility, we will cover all return shipping costs.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Returns that do not meet our conditions may be refused.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend:

  1. Returning the original item following the steps above.
  2. Placing a new order for the item you wish to receive.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cancellation period by law, during which you can return your order for any reason.

To qualify, your item must still meet all return eligibility conditions: unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval status. If approved:

A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received your funds, please contact us at caitlinperrin.designs@gmail.com.

Refunds are only issued to the original payment method to protect against fraud.


Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is not refunded, unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.

If a return is accepted due to damage or mistake on our end, we will cover the return shipping cost.


Responsibility & Limitations

Caitlin Perrin is not responsible for:

Damage caused by improper or negligent use

Alterations made after purchase

Wear and tear or cosmetic changes from regular use

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not comply with our policy. In such cases, you will be notified by email, and the item may be returned to you at your expense.
