Shipping policy

Delivery Times

We ship all orders via Poste Suisse, and every package includes a tracking number so you can follow your order’s journey.

Production Time :
Each piece is made to order and requires 2–5 business days to prepare.

Shipping Time :
Delivery time varies by destination and is in addition to production time.

Order Confirmation :
You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a tracking email once it has shipped.

Cut-off Time :
Orders placed after 10:00 a.m. will be processed the next business day.

No weekend deliveries.
Shipping may be affected by external factors such as customs, carrier delays, or high-season volume.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and order size.

The final shipping cost will be displayed before you confirm payment, so there are no surprises.

International Orders (Non-EU)

Please note :
Local customs duties or import taxes are not included in the shipping fee and may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Due to varying customs policies, we’re unable to estimate these fees in advance.
